Terms and Conditions (Physical)
Receipt of Payment

When placing an order, a non-refundable deposit fee of 50% is required upon receiving the order to reserve your date.

Full payment is required 7 days prior to the requested date.

If the order is placed less than 7 days of the requested date, a full payment is necessary.

Rush Orders

We may charge a rush order fee of $10, if the order is placed less than seven days prior to the event.
Pickup delays
-
We will notify you of any delays that may affect the expected pick-up date of your order.

You are required to notify us of any delays that may affect the expected pick-up date.

Depending on circumstances, there may be a late fee of $15 per half an hour, for a late pickup of 30 minutes of more.

Risk of loss

We assume responsibility for the goods and any risk of damage, loss, or delay until the goods are picked up.

Once the goods are in your possession, you assume all responsibility for any damage or loss.

Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to contact us within 24 hours of pick-up time with your complaint. After review and approval, we will issue a refund for up to 50% of the original purchase.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event: Eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to the event: Eligible for a 25% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event: No refund available.

Non-edible Objects
-
You assume full responsibility for non-edible cake objects being removed from the cake before cutting or serving. This includes but is not limited to flowers, dowels, cake boards, or other items used for strength and flexibility to achieve the desired appearance of the cake.

We strongly advise against throwing cake at anyone, or shoving cake into any part of the body, prior to removing any dowels and cake boards.
