How It All Began

Leah has been baking since she was about 8 years old. One of the first recipes she loved to bake repeatedly was Coffee Crumb Cake... YUM! Since then, she hasn't stopped baking. However, she did take breaks out of frustration from not being able to bake moist, delicious foods without using traditional white flours and unhealthy oils and fats.

Fed up, Leah finally took on the challenge to modify her favorite recipes like banana bread, sandwich bread, pizza crust, and soft baked pretzels. After much research (and still researching), she now bakes using wholesome ingredients like 100% whole wheat flour, coconut oil, olive oil, Greek yogurt, and apple sauce!

With a good idea of how to make both wholesome and delicious baked goods, Leah has opened her bakery to share with those who are also looking to add more nutritious foods to their diets!
